Mack, Deb
I've lived in Hamilton all my life....love Hamilton. Married to a musician. We have two daughters, one left the nest...one wants to. That's sayings it's time for me to get back to neglected writing and art. Although not published, I have written children's picture books & poetry. Sent my viewpoints to the local newspaper. I am a collector of Hamilton milk bottles, and a lighthouse enthusiast...so maybe there is some writing there also.

Penner, Bonnie - Contact
I discovered writing and found my voice. I had been silent for too long and those skeletons were rattling the door. Now through poetry, journaling, writing, and art I can feel. I laugh louder, cry harder, and feel everything more intensely. Without paper and words I doubt I would still be alive today.

Smith, Jesslyn Delia - Website, Contact
I was born in Burlington in 1985 but have lived in the Hamilton area throughout my 21 years. I wrote my first "book" at the age of three and have not looked back since. I have been writing novels since the age of thirteen and poetry since the age of sixteen, although I have yet to publish anything. Writing is my only love. Featured on my website are my poetry and journal entries from my open diary. I am hoping to get my writing out into the world.
One poem, "Waiting for the 52" has been featured in issue #11 of Hammered Out.

Sweet, Chris - Contact
All my life, I have been intrigued by both consuming and creating literature. Since I learned to write, I have been creating works of fiction and poetry. For a couple of years after moving to Hamilton in 2000, I was stuck in a sort of rut, I yearned to write but just didn't. I have finally picked up the pen again and have been writing like mad. I am currently in the early stages of creating my first novel.
Through both travel and unique life experiences, my imagination has been crammed full of inspiration. I believe firmly that my calling in life is to be a full time author.
